Corporation ITAIPU, is committed to the ethical conduct of its operations under the core values of integrity, loyalty and respect, as well as to compliance with the legislative framework in the field of anti-corruption applicable in Mexico, and similar laws in other countries. With the purpose to validate and reinforce the implementation of this commitment, Corporation ITAIPU has established as part of its Program Integrity, the present anti-Corruption Policy (hereinafter “Policy”), for which, in conjunction with the Code of Conduct, as well as other internal policies and procedures, to avoid acts of bribery and corruption in the operations of the Corporation ITAIPU.

El presente documento de estricto cumplimiento de observancia. Cada colaborador de ITAIPU, se rige con responsabilidad y compromiso de actuación personal, institucional, calidad, ambiental, seguridad, salud, social, anticorrupción y lavado de dinero y psicosocial.
Aplicando de manera prioritaria, los lineamientos en materia de ética e integridad Corporativa de Petróleos Mexicanos PEMEX y otros clientes.
En CORPORACIÓN ITAIPU, nos comprometemos a respetar y proteger los derechos humanos de todos los individuos involucrados en nuestras operaciones, incluyendo empleados, clientes, proveedores y comunidad en general. Nuestra política de derechos humanos se basa en la Declaración Universal de Derechos Humanos y los principios del Pacto Mundial de las Naciones Unidas.
El propósito de esta política es fomentar una cultura de respeto e inclusión en nuestra empresa, impulsando la igualdad de oportunidades y garantizando el respeto a los derechos de todos los individuos.
PRINCIPLE

4. Participación y consulta: Fomentamos la participación y consulta de nuestros colaboradores a través de canales de comunicación de fácil acceso, así como con feedback constante por medio de encuestas que miden la percepción y satisfacción de quienes formamos parte de CORPORACIÓN ITAIPU.
